## What members learn

Members develop experience with financial analysis, valuation, private equity, venture capital, market research, strategy, client communication, and presentations. PEVC is multidisciplinary and connects students interested in finance, investing, consulting, entrepreneurship, startups, and private markets.

## How members learn

The learning model combines technical preparation with applied project work. Student teams complete defined Fall or Spring engagements for participating firms, founders, investors, and organizations.

## Working with PEVC

Potential project partners can submit an inquiry describing their organization, project need, requested deliverables, available resources, success criteria, and preferred semester. PEVC reviews each proposed scope for fit before an agreement is made. Project work is educational and student-led; organizations should independently review deliverables before relying on them.
